Please read these Terms carefully. They govern your access to and use of Broco’s websites, mobile applications, dashboards, merchant and fleet interfaces, APIs, software, products and services made available by Broco from time to time.
Some services accessible through Broco are provided by banks, payment institutions, card issuers, payment processors, remittance providers, logistics providers, merchants, telecommunications providers, billers and other third parties. Those services may be governed by additional terms between you and the applicable provider.
By creating a Broco Account, selecting “I agree,” accessing or using the Services after being presented with these Terms, or otherwise indicating your acceptance of these Terms, you agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not create or use a Broco Account or use the Services.

Broco provides a technology platform through which eligible users may access financial, payment, commerce, cash, logistics and business-related services.
Depending on your country, Profile Type, eligibility and the services available to you, the Broco platform may allow you to access or use features such as accounts or wallets provided by financial partners, money transfers, remittances, virtual payment cards, cash-in and cash-out, merchant payments, bill payment or digital services, commerce services, shipping and forwarding services, business payment tools, cash-on-delivery reconciliation and settlement functionality, dashboards, APIs and other services.
Not all Services are available in all countries or to all users.
The availability, functionality, limits, pricing and legal provider of a Service may vary based on your country, Profile Type, verification status, transaction type, regulatory requirements, provider availability and other factors.
Broco may introduce, modify, restrict, test or discontinue Services as described in these Terms.
